FAQ
What materials do you use in your jewellery? Our fine jewellery is crafted from 9ct, 14ct, and 18ct gold, sterling silver, and platinum. All gemstones are ethically sourced, and we include a certificate of authenticity with every piece. If you have questions about a specific metal or stone, our team is happy to help.
Are your diamonds and gemstones certified? Yes. Our diamond pieces are accompanied by GIA or IGI grading certificates where applicable. Coloured gemstones are sourced from reputable suppliers who adhere to responsible mining practices. Full details are listed on each product page.
How do I find my ring size? We recommend using a ring sizer or visiting a local jeweller for an accurate measurement. As a guide, the average women's ring size in New Zealand is N–O (US 7), and men's is T–U (US 10). Our product pages include a full sizing chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Contact us if you'd like guidance before ordering.
What watch movements do you carry? Our watch collection features Swiss quartz and Swiss automatic movements. Each timepiece is assembled to the movement manufacturer's specifications and undergoes quality control before dispatch. Full movement details — including calibre, power reserve, and water resistance — are listed on each product page.
Are your watches water resistant? Water resistance varies by model and is specified on each product listing. As a general rule: 30m rating is suitable for everyday splashes; 50m for swimming; 100m+ for recreational diving. We recommend not pressing crown or pushers underwater and having water resistance re-tested annually by a qualified watchmaker.
How should I care for my jewellery? Store pieces individually in a soft pouch or jewellery box to prevent scratching. Remove jewellery before swimming, bathing, exercising, or applying perfume and skincare. Clean with a soft, lint-free cloth. For a deeper clean, use warm water and a drop of mild dish soap — rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Our Care Guide covers every metal and stone type in detail.
How do I care for my watch? Wipe the case and bracelet with a soft cloth after wearing. Avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures, strong magnetic fields, or chemicals including perfume and cleaning products. For mechanical and automatic watches, service is recommended every 3–5 years by a qualified watchmaker. See our Care Guide for full details.
